OraWellness: Aloha Vibes and Vegan Feels: Not Exactly.

· Vegan,Vegan Shopping

Recently I returned to the world of appointments, reluctantly leaving the (relative) peace of staying home in quarantine, and, after two-plus years of skipping the dentist, I sadly learned that I had a new cavity. Fortunately it is small, and the dentist said it can wait until Autumn to be filled, so I decided to order some tooth oil with the hope of healing the decay myself.

Vegan shopping always includes checking every ingredient or material in a product to be sure that it is definitely cruelty-free. When first looking on the OraWellness website, I was very impressed with the Aloha vibes and vegan feels. The tooth oil made by this Hawaiian couple was most definitely vegan. They even stressed that the manuka oil is from the same plant as manuka honey, but there are no bee products in their tooth oil. Also, they sell a vegan floss on their site. So, feeling loving vibrations, I ordered the tooth oil.

A couple of weeks later, I was reading some blog posts on their website, and I was shocked and saddened to discover that one of their heroes is a dentist who, in the thirties, promoted animal products as being necessary for dental health. This “Aloha vibes” couple explained that one must buy the most high quality animal products. They promote cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil, eggs, organ meats, wild caught fish, dairy products, and bone broths as “health” foods. And they put animal bone meal in the tooth powder they sell.

This is an example of the brainwashing of the human minds. These people believe that humans *need* the nutrients from animal products, but the truth is, we do not need the animals to be the “middle man” — we can just directly eat the plants ourselves! And when we eat the plants ourselves, we dramatically reduce our chances of serious illnesses like cancer, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease (which in many cases can even be reversed with the vegan diet), and we reduce global warming, and we reduce animal suffering. Veganism is a win-win-win!!! 👏

Aloha vibes and vegan feels to all beings! 🌞
