If a beautiful being from a loving, merciful planet came to Earth and read my blog posts, they might say, “This must be fiction — this cannot really be happening anywhere in the known universes.”
Then I would unfortunately have to tell the being, “I wish this was fiction. Sadly though, this is the truth of what is happening on planet Earth. The human species is actually killing beautiful animals and fish, and cutting up their dead bodies and eating them. The human species is actually drinking the milk and eating the eggs of other species, which causes incredible harm and suffering.”
Shaking my head, with tears in my eyes, I would repeat, “I wish this was fiction.”
